Hood doesn't fit right?!

Well I got a brand new OEM replacement hood from Amazon and this POS doesn't fit right at all. Anybody have experience with something like this? The sides line up with the fender flush but the hood is only latched by the first step, so the front looks like its popped. I'm confused :'(

You would think they have a template or something? I feel worried the latch will give during high speeds/high winds.

Its OEM not OE. Thats the problem. Why didnt you just buy a carbon fiber hood?

Hold on....... you got it the other way around. OEM is from FHI. OE is from many other aftermarket counter parts.

Doesnt it just depend on what vendor you buy from off Amazon?

I guess I shouldn't say OEM as it wasn't made by FHI. But it in theory is supposed to be a direct replacement. I consider that OE quality part. Didnt wanna have that carbon fiber look but looking back the car will be black soon I should have just bought one.

this is why theres an adjustment on the hood latch, loosen it up a bit and you will be able to move it around a bit, once you get it to latch correctly tighten the bolts back down. Even OE hoods dont line up/latch 100% of the time thats why the adjustment is there.

EDIT: heres a pic so it makes more sense, this is the hood latch on the radiator support.
see here how the bolt holes are enlarged and elongated, they do that so you can lossen the bolts a bit and move it around till the hood latches correctly, takes 2 min.
