Not yet. I don't think they make a big deal unless they are that crappy blue tinted Fake Xenon lights that you buy at pep boys.

 

I had one ask me once when I was stopped for a diffrent reason why my lights were so bright. I sipily told him that they were D.O.T. approvied and he left e alone. (ofcourse they were not they were the STi JDM one with some Philips bulbs and balasts) The dont know enough to tell the diffrence.
