Lightbulb PA. Laws in Kelvin temperature

Does anyone know how high you can go in Kelvin temperature in PA. becasue I seen these 15000k and 30000k take a look http://www.performancexenon.com/

why would you do that?

nothing higher than 5k is useful for anything but bling.

Once you get over the 5K/6K range, you are actually losing useful lighting.

Besides that, anything above 6K turns blue, then purple which, whether legal or not, is a beacon for cops.
