Need help finding a ground point

Does anyone know the location of the ground for the gauges and headlights? Not the actual headlight ground but the ground that is used in the interior. I'm thinking that it's on the steering column.

Anyways, the story is that when I start my car the gauges and headlights don't work. Once and a while they come back so I think it has something to do with a loose ground or moisture getting to the ground.

So thus, I need to know where the grounds are for these particular circuits...I have the wiring diagram but no locations.

P.S. All relays and fuses have been checked TWICE!

Have you changed/rewired anything? Or did it just stopped working?

A good ground is anywhere on the chassis with the paint scrapped off.

Had an alarm installed but the shop checked it twice and swears that they didn't wire it wrong. Gotta find this loose ground. Ugh!

If it happned after the alarm install, they screwed it up for you. Alarms need signal wire from the dash and that is why it does not work. Take it back and complain. It must be them.
