mechanical vs. electric
electrical gauges have sending units where the mechanical gauges have direct lines. ie. mechanical oil gauges have oil lines going directly into the back of it. electrical gauges don't have any hot pressurized liquid going into your car.
i have had them both
mechanical gave me less problems
electronic were more helpful
you can buy my electrical gauge set up
Boost egt oil temp water temp
425$ with the senders and the upper hose for teh water temp
it has the adaptor you need
