Overall I am very happy with my DEI Viper 5002 alarm system.
You mite want to consider some sensor upgrades too.

Stay away frombest buy... bunch of noob tweens. Want them working on your car?

I have an avital alarm. Made by clifford. $300 installed. But like was said find a reputable shop.

You can have a $10000 alarm, but if its installed wrong it doesn't mean ****.

where did you have yours installed and what did it come with... im fine with driving to the bay to have an alarm installed if it is done right and at a good price!
