Lighting issue... please help

I can't figure out what's going on, and I know all the real suby experts are here on the boards.

Currently, when I try to turn on my high beams, I get absolutely nothing coming out, no light whatsoever. Also, when I press the fog light button when they are on low beams, the light on the fog light switch does not illuminate but instead, the high beam indicator turns on, but it's not fully illuminated.

To compound the matter, if I attempt to flash my high beams and then return to normal, then try to turn my fogs on, they won't turn on... even though I'm back to my regular beam.

Any ideas? I'm totally dumbfounded at this point.

TIA

It would help to know exactly what car you have. But anyway this could be as simple as both high beam filaments being burned out, check your bulbs.
