Licence plate lights are out.

My rear license plate lights are out. I replaced one of them, but both are still not working, anyone know what fuse would be related to this? Its and 03 Sedan WRX.

I don't believe any other lights are out either...

what bulbs did you use? i made the mistake of putting the wrong ones in(dealer handed me free ones) and nothing happened. just want to check the obvious first.

if you open the fuse box it should show a diagram of the fuses and what they go to. Just check each one that is associated with the lighting. That and it may be the wrong light.

Those lights are also subject to leaking and corroding bulb sockets. Both of mine went out on my Forester and the fix ended up being a wire-needle brush and some contact cleaner.
