not only will it not work, but think about how a front license ticket can HELP you if you are modded. its gotten me out of worse tickets because cops use this violation as sort of letting you go for more severe offenses like being a gross polluter or simply speeding. i was going 90 on the nimitz and a chp pulled me over. i was totally cool to him - telling him the truth, apologizing for my ignorance, saying i wont do it again... so he let me off with just a front plate ticket because he said i was cool with him. this of course wouldnt help if you were just a d1ck to all cops.
