I am new!!!!!

Hi, my name is Jeremy and I just bought a 2005 WRX. I have been looking on the forum for a couple of hours and have not found a post that explains exactly how to disable the daytime running lights. I have read about the under the hood method and the behind the glove box method. Which one is right and does anyone have pics or can they expain in detail what I need to do, thanks!

There are quite a few threads around here and on other sites such as Scoobymods and Clubwrx, but since I'm not a member of the other 'clubs', my viewing abilities were very limited when it came to photos and other things. So I found this thread to be most useful on this site, complete with helpful pictures. I just used the under-the-dash method a few days ago and it seems to be working just fine. Anyways, hope this helps!

Thanks for the info. The picture of the behind the glovebox way was a great help, I unplugged that connector and it works great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks again!!!
