how to install A/F gauge??

how to install A/F gauge??
i just get a air fuel gauge. But i don't know how to insatll it. They say i need to connet o2 sensor , + and - ! so where is o2 sensor? Is it the one next to the cat.?? But it is all the way down! Any where els? plz help
