I wanted to know what the best HIDs that i could get for my 2004 WRXso i can see better. what do i need and how much is it going to cost plz get back to me thanks

The best HID option for your 04 is a set of the OEM STi HID lights. Not cheap but definitely the best alternative. Aftermarket HID retrofits generally do not work well in the 04 reflector housings, they will be bright but the light will not be well-controlled and will glare to oncoming traffic. Many people who have tried retrofitting HIDs in their 04s have either gone back to the stock halogens or bought the STi lights after all.
Before you go to the expense of buying HIDs, you can also try upgrading the factory halogens, by improving the wiring (especially the ground side, voltage drop = less light output), and/or installing better bulbs (not the blue, hyperwhite or "HID look" ones, but others that actually improve output and visibility).
