Does anyone else besides me have a very annoying rear trunk lid banging noise everytime they hit a small bump on the road? It's been bothering me much more lately. I could go over a small bump home and all I hear is CLANKCLANKBUMPBUMP. I have an original owner 2002 WRX Sedan with no subs in the back, nothing. I even tried taking out my spare tire, jack, and everything out, and same thing happens. Only thing I could think of is that I have stock struts (28k miles) and Progress springs and that my struts are going bad from that setup. Any input, help, or solutions greatly appreciated.

damn i knew someone was gonna post that before i got the chance to lol. But i am going to agree with him. Maybe you need to get your trunk monkey some dampers. Or something like that a peice of rope anything so that he doesnt fly around back there. Or maybe your making him spill his beer when you hit a bump
