glue fog covers?

glue fog covers?
I just a set of solid fog covers, but my bumper wont fit them (hard to explain, but the fog light areas have a little lip that wont let the covers go in (the front mount doesnt help, either...what kind of glue should I use to glue them?

i had 'em...just put 'em on today and used epoxy...seems to work really well
