fog light relay

fog light relay
Hi all,
question 1: does all the wrx comes with fog light relay? because im selling the fog lights, so i want to know do i need to take the relay off.
question 2: where is the relay? i remember i saw it somewhere its under the steering wheel and its the big black ones. third from the bottom is it correct? and do i just force it out? because it seems really hard to get it because of the angle.

no, if your car did not come with fog lights then they don't have the relay. the relay is located in the fuse panel inside the car. if i remember right, its the 3rd one from the bottom.

i cant get the relay out, its like so stuck in there. i even remove the metal sheet under the steering wheel but still cant get it out. =\
