where is the Fog light relay located on the GC8?

where is the Fog light relay located on the GC8?
My 97 OBS didn't come with fogs, so I bought some from a club member. Now I can't figure out how to wire them. I've searched Scoobymods, etc. and can't find the info.

Can anyone help?
