HID problem

So I have an aftermarket HID kit and sometimes my left HID doesn't want to turn on, and sometimes it will turn on. What the hell is wrong with it? I'm not very good when it comes to electrical issues.

well, lets start from the begining

-what kind of kit do you have, new or used?
-have you tried to switch the left and right ones to see if its the kits fault or the cars fault. switch the bulbs first, then the ballast. could be either one
-can you send them back and get a new bulb or ballast? back to the first question

just check the connection of the wires and everything. it should be ok. i have that problem too. and you will have to take off the DRL too, because DRL is keep messing with the HID when you turn on and off.

U cant have the headlight stick turn to "on" when your car is off because it takes power to start your car and will drain it from the hid. Just leave it off and after your car is on turn on the headlights.. thats how i fixed mines.. lol i have ebay hids and it is good!
