DIY: front lip. what do you guys think?

Over on nasioc.com a bunch of people have been talking about this DIY front lip with this product from Lowes or Home Depot. I was just curious as to what you guys here on i-club think of this mod? ALSO I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or know of other way to make your own front lip, for example some other way than just this garage door sealer. Let me know!

Yea I kinda like the look of it too but I was more interested in the idea of a DIY front lip that isn't garage door sealer. I think its a great idea if you already have a lip because then it acts as a protectant. Any more thoughts?!

Post Pics and What you guys think!

Instead of using double sided tape to stick it the bottom of the bumper I zip tied it to the holes where the undertray is. (My car didn't have an undertray when I bought it)

Here is the one I used

It seriously takes longer to clean and prep that it does for the actual work. Some people say to take off your front bumper but I managed fine without even putting the car on ramps.

Have fun!
