does anyone know HOW TO TURN OFF DAYLIGHT SAVINGS ON A 07WRX.

it should be right under to the right of the passenger side compartment i believe

It's not the same on the 07 as the previous Imprezas. The procedure has been posted on NASIOC and you should be able to search for it there, try Scoobymods as well although I don't know if it's there yet.
