Custom Turbology shift ***** from WC Lathe Werks

Good Afternoon Guys,

I've been wanting to do some branding for my blog, so I sent Chris at WC Lathe Werks an email to see if he could help. Let me first say that I have no affiliation with his business other than being a satisfied customer. Tell him I sent you!

Lathewerks.com - WC Lathe Werks - Home of the customizable, hand-crafted shift ****!

Chris makes custom shift ***** by hand on his equipment. He has a variety of metals and Delrin in several colors, which I chose for my *****. He is also able to laser-engrave most any design into the ***** and add color to the negative space. Best of all, they are brass-threaded specific to their application, in this case, two STI ***** and one EVO ****.

Needless to say, I am very pleased with the results, and I strongly recommend his work. These things are fantastic, and a wonderful addition to any shop's lineup. Sponsors, these are mega-win!

I've also discovered that these ***** are individually adjustable for engraving alignment with an included hex key to clock the brass insert. Win!

I don't know, the craftsmanship on the logo part doesn't look that great, especially on the forward most **** in the first picture. The edge looks rough and uneven, and the paint does not look neat. Cool concept, but lost it in the execution.

Thanks very much for your constructive feedback, I appreciate it. I truthfully think it's a case of poor application of the paint more than the actual engraving, as the negative space itself appears to be cleanly removed by the laser.

I definitely agree with you that the paint could be a bit better, but these ***** are destined for competitive race cars so chances are they will accrue some battle scars anyhow.
