colored Carbon Kevlar pieces?

colored Carbon Kevlar pieces?
Anyone has any experience with carbon kevlar? I came across this ebay auction (also see pic attached):

It looks kinda cool, price is more or less comparable with painted STI or c/f scoops, but I have no idea what "SAGE Racing" is and don't feel like buying anything from Asia using ebay. I would appreciate if anyone could comment on carbon kevlar, as I cannt find much info. The only site I saw selling c/k was something like fastwrx.com and asking $300+
