Clear Side Markers (revisited)

Please excuse me for asking this age old question, because I know it has been asked and answered before, but I'm tired of trying to find the post I saw yesterday, which had the information I wanted.

I want to replace the stock orange side markers on my '03 2.5 RS with the clear Euro-Style markers. I want a set that uses the stock bulb socket and I don't really want the bargain basement assortment, unless they look good and fit properly.

Does anybody know where I can purchase a set of these?

how do you take off those markers? there are no screws. ??

anyone know how to do this?

YOu have to use some elbow grease and push them up. FLip the little tab out and you're good to go

im would also like to know where you can get those clear markets yet still use a yellow light, so it looks clear and shines yellow when its on.

You can, but be sure to wrap it with a towel so you don't scratch up that already low quality paint

If anyone wants, I have a set of these clearmarkers, but they require some splicing to work. Fit is not as tight as stock, but I never had porblems with moisture getting in or it coming off. If anyone wants, you can have it for $8 shipped. No scratches or anything. Looks similar to these

i got mine from ebay from a guy/company named "racesonic" they were excellent...just like you described(they almost appear white, you dont see chrome, and they have the amber light too)
