I just bought my wrx yesturday. He lived in a state that requires front license plates, i dont. So i took it off and it looks like ****, scuff marks and crap under it. I have cleaned it, and I am woundering if there is anything i can do/buy that will smooth out the look. ex. the screw holes are rigid and protrude from the bumper.
