Clear side markers

Do the side markers on a rex just pop in and out? I'm going to replace mine, just want to check so I don't screw anything up.

For the passanger side one it is probably easiest to reach into your fender well and you can actually feel the side marker throguh there. There is a metal clip on the top you have to push down pretty damn hard and pop out the top part. Then from the outside you can just pull it up and out. On the driver side you need to do the same thing but your battery is in the way so you need to go up and in from your tire well. Pull the rubber part that covers aroun the top of the tire enough to get your arm up in there. The do the same thing with the clip. It might feel like your gonna break them at first, atleast mine did, but u gotta work them pretty hard to get out.
Hope this helps.

You do nto have to reach in the fender wall at all.

Just pushup and at the same time pull out on the marker. YOu can do it all from the outside it is simple.

use a spark plug gapper to get in the corner, and then with a cloth with a lot of friction push up on the light and you the gapper to pop it out. Better on the paint.
