Brake lights keep blowing...

So, I purchase the "Long Life" Sylvia brake lights for my car at Autozone all the time...

I have purchased probably about 4 within the past 6 months. I am pretty sure it's vibration from the subwoofer that keeps knocking the stop light filament off, so that only the running light can be seen, and no braking light.

Basically, my question is, there MUST be better lighting for these lights. I know my system is decent, but it's not like a competition system, or the abuse a rally car would go through. What replacement bulbs should I buy that will actually last me a while? I'm tired of paying 5 bucks a pop to have one light or both randomly go out every other month.

Is your subwoofer mounted in the back of the trunk, near the taillights, or against the seatback?

Would it make a difference if you placed the enclosure on a sheet of 1/4" foam rubber or that white-colored expanded foam sheet that is used to wrap exhaust systems for shipping purposes?

that is a cheaper way of checking for the problem... if not that your wiring may not be sufficient for the bulbs u are using(this would be a lame reason! ) but it might be possible. my friend had ran HID lamps(front) and the fuse kept"popping". the dealer said that his wiring was not capable of handling the HID's(not sure though)
