I have a bugeye WRX and use two Meguiar's products to keep the headlight enclosures looking like new: #17 Clear Plastic Cleaner and #10 Clear Plastic Polish. Use cotton terry rags, buff #17 in well: takes about ten minutes to buff out the light scratches and haze. Then use #10 to give it a glossy finish and to maintain. I've been using these products for nearly a year now, applying every 3 months or so. Keeps the clear plastic looking like new. Kragen's stock them both.

Thanks for the tip. I do have other methods, but they take along time. I'll try your way

Most places have a clear plastic cleaner/polish made by Meguire's or Mother's. Both work well.
