95L Coupe Electrical Problems

I wasn't real sure where else to post this so here it goes. Everyone has had a rough winter, especially here in Denver. A few weeks back my ventilation fan stopped working but then would come back on as the temperature rose. I attributed it to the cold temp. The temp outside has been warm and a couple days ago when I put on my brake and the ventilation fan and stereo would die, then turn back on after a couple seconds. Now both are dead, the driver's head light is on all the time (even with the key out), the passenger headlight is on to the degree of a parking light (very dim, and all the time) and I'm confused. I've checked all the fuses, all the fuse relays, nothing is blown and I have no idea what the deal is. If anyone could help me fix this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Okay, I bit the bullet and took it to the mechanic. Apparently when all the snow was here and pulled off my inner fender lining, I really should have replaced it. There is a bundle of wires under the battery that got exposed due to all the gravel on the streets. Eventually they contacted and blew themselves apart. I'm glad I spent the $160 though, I never would have found that otherwise.
