I went with boost, egt, oil temp. I wanted to do oil pressure instead but Omori didn't make an oil press gauge in the same style as the other two so it would have looked weird having one mis-matching gauge.

I have Boost, EGT, and Oil Pressure in my dash pod and Fuel Pressure in my console. Water Temp and Oil Temp are displayed on my PSI3, along with several others.
Fuel Pressure is critical for any modified car. It saved my butt when a vac line blew off at the track.
