LOL HID kits onto a 2004 WRX...you need to plug in the ballast! Maybe that's the reason it's not working...Did you kit come with a bunch of wires rubberband together? If it did, that's called a "relay". Use the relay to connect the wires from the ballst to the power source from your car....i think. I got a Hanabi 8300K HID kit for my car and the damn thing has to be spliced. Plus I'd get pulled over for having blue headlights..waste of money..should have just BOUGHT THE STi!!!!!
