How do you disable your headlights for it not to work when you release the emergency break?

 

You mean eliminate the daytime runners? Try www.scoobymods.com and search for "Daytime Running Lights".
If it's like the 02-03, there's a silver object that looks like an oversized Tic-Tac that you can pluck out of the inner fender of the (?) passenger side.

 

yup, thats what it is. big silver tic tac thingy with a connection that you unplug. its near the boost solenoid by the way

or you can take apart your glove box and unhook the wire there too.

 

the 04's have the same tic tac thingy.
