Car Info: TXS tbe, perrin goodies, v7 sti struts...bla bla bla lots of stuff!
Welp,
I couldn't take the green not matching the red gauge cluster... so I had to change it...
This was a TWO day affair unfortunally because the LEDs I used first were not bright even though they were 8,000mcds.. I couldn't remember the voltage so I banked on a typical voltage of 2v... it wasn't bright so I found some more red leds but these were a much deeper red...
Then after I had it all together the right button and dial stuck out more than the rest... then the bottoms of them would rub up against the dials and create resistance...bla bla bla... Then I thought I got it but when it was put back together when I would push the buttons the defrost, ac, and air flow would NOT work... #@#$.. I got so pissed that I feel asleep and then I woke up and went back to it and now it's done :-)
For the push buttons I just have to "press" a tad harder now... but they DO work.
I put two red leds in each dial. I cut the tops of the "domes" off the leds so that they would be square and make the light angle out more plus sanded them down...
Enough talking because you want to see pics :-p I also did the IC sprayer button and painted the STI logo on the shift patter.

Painted the little STI logo on the trim plate.. nice little touch up from the factory...
