Stripped bolt anyone????

I had my friend install my up-pipe a while back, and noticed that I have an exhaust leak now. If you're under the front of the car looking up at the engine bay, its on the right side, where the exhaust manifold connects to the crossover pipe. The cause for the leak: he was installing the pipe, it seems as though he jimmy rigged it after the bolt got stripped. Now I need to get that darn bolt cut off/removed so that I can put a fresh one on there, and hopefully not have the leak anymore. Anyone have any suggestions on what to use to get the bolt removed?? I've tried WD-40, I've tried one of those fancy ratchets that is supposed to remove anything that may be stripped, I've tried vice grips, and nothing can seem to get it off. I bought a dremmel to cut it out, but the angle is too tight, and I'm not sure if I can get it in there without damaging something else. I'm really at a loss, and its a big leak. Any help would be helpful. Thanks!

Can you upload a pick of how it looks like.. Not sure if it'll work but have you tried Cold Chisel?? I think an angle grinder might be to oversized for the small space.

I dont have any pics yet, didnt think of doing that (DOH!). Ill see what I can do and get some within the week. It is a nut and a bolt. The bolt side is in tact, but the nut is all rounded off. And OF COURSE it's in the WORST spot under there. Thanks for the replies so far!
