question reguarding accessport
i have to get my car REF'd tomorrow, im trying to reset my ecu to stock data. i did not find the MAP under the maps on the accessport but i did find a reset under troubleshooting. it took about 5 seconds to complete so it got me wondering if it reflashed my ECU to stock data or did it just reset it to my current map that im using?

there are two different ways to flash it. real time is quick and the other one takes a little longer, flash it with the other, I thinkk its called permanent flash or something

All you did was reset your ECU, like reseting a computer, it was not a reflash. If you want to put your MAP back to stock, then you can unmarry the AP and that will flash the stock map back on. Then you can simply reinstall the AP whenever you wish. There should be a "stock" map on the AP or you can download one from the COBB website.
