Can anyone give me instruction on how to swap the back trunk key hole?

Get needle nose pliers and remove C-clip behind the lock and the lock should slip out easily. Bring a mag stick with you just in case the C clip slides into the inner of the deck lid, so you can pull it out easier.

To install just slide the lock in and mount the C-clip and your done.
