02 WRX please help!!!!

02 WRX please help!!!!
I've been gone training for about a month and a half and came home to my battery being dead. I jumped it and got it going again but it's running really rough and now the check engine light is on. I'm still new to subarus and don't know what it could be. Can someone please help me out?

I would do the following:
1. Drive and get some miles on it.
2. Make sure battery is well charged.
3. Either disconnect battery or clear codes with an OBDII reader.
4. See if codes come back.
Some cars don't like to allow the battery to discharge and then be started up. The ECU has lost of all of its information except the base programming. When you do this the codes will often not return.
