Anyone selling one in good condition?
Friend found out he has a leak in his coated Flex Grimmspeed uppipe after 1 yr..

Will see if GS warrant their item, even though I dont have a receipt..

Come to think of it, anyone with an STI uppipe that is free flow or that has no catalyst will do too...
Keeps it oem looking

 

still looking for one that's brand name and not EBAY. dont want to worry about bad flanges..

Catless oem type is welcomed too as that may save cost and be more reliable..

I have a couple of oem up pipes. I have one (04 WRX) that was catted, but it was gutted. and another (07 WRX) that is catless.

I the gutted catted seemed to spool a little quicker.

 

Sounds like you installed it,..do you know for how many miles as this would ensure no problems...

I honestly have no clue how long this whould ensure that you dont have problems.

The best advice I can give is:

do not tighten any manifold, downpipe, up pipe or brackets all the way until you have all of the nuts and bolts about finger tight.

this will help keep from putting anything into an unusual bind.

slowly tighten everything a little at a time. this will help keep everything in a more natural position that should lead to less stress and more longevity.

I will trade either one for a case of miller lite.
