these are the dunlop sp sport 01, yes? just the tires, or rims as well. i only ask because you also mentioned the 5x100 bolt pattern. how's the tread, got any pics?

 

just the tires. How do I properly check the tread? I've got a like 5900 miles on them at this point. I can take pictures but if you like we can just meet up now that I have a little more free time.

 

just checked with a penny. For the tread closest to the outside, it goes to right above lincoln's eyes. For all the tread more inside, it covers his eyes. Plenty life left on these things

just went to costco to switch to all-season tires, there's about 6000 miles on my dunlops and they're all packaged and ready to sell. shoots.

 

Huh, so you down graded your tires? What was wrong with the Dunlops? Are you moving to snow country soon?

Moving up to the Northwest (Oregon first). Nothing wrong with the Dunlops at all. But I'm more concerned about my safety due to the rain and possible light snow that I might run into.

I went with the Michelin Pilot All-Season Tires.

 

Ahh, makes sense now. Nice choice on tires too.
