I doubt this is a hoax because we had a Company formation with the 1st Sgt about it. Military higher ups don't usually give speeches about stuff they don't know is 100% legit.

 

is this the only state that personally owned vehicles can be used as police cars? i have never seen or heard of it before i got to the island. it still trips me out.
