That is really very interesting.
See, my motivation is to have a car that I can road race and be competitive...and drag race and be competitive...and rally (or at least rallyX).

There are more than one type of 4wd.
I believe that the only distinction is that the 4wd is 'on-demand', meaning that the WRC car must be able to select 2wd or 4wd.
I have a feeling that somehow that's a mis-statement.

as a sidenote, i spoke to Simon from Prodrive yesterday and i'll be getting some information on performance packs, and some other neat stuff... i'll keep you guys posted.

for those that have not seen this before... there is also a gret write up on the chasis too... plus i figure.. since subaru is getting their head handed to them on a platter this year in the WRC thanks Loeb...
