I recently just moved to Oahu for college (UH) and I was wondering if I would have any theft/vandalism problems. I want to buy a subie and ship it here but I live on campus and do not have a parking permit. The car would mostly be parked on dole street and occasionaly around the residential homes. Any info would be appreciated.
