He can, but only during the day. They don't allow 24 hour parking there unless you're an athlete. he's living on campus, meaning that he needs his car 24/7.
UH did build another parking structure by Hawaiian studies. Keep in mind, UH has at least 14,000 students walking around campus and there is NO satisfying solution to students' parking problems given the space around the immediate area.
It's pretty much first-come, first-serve.

I looked into parking down by the hawaian studies buildings but no one parks on the first floor. The spots say reserved for zone (something) but no one parks there ever. The only way you can park in there is if you pay for the day but only on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Im going to look into the mansion and church area. Isn't there a public storage place around by foodland and blockbuster on kapiolani where I can rent a car port? I could have sworn i have seen one really close to campus.
