I ordered some tools the other day from wiha. I really needed the Torx-Plus wrenches. Unfortunately they sent me some plain ol' hex key wrenches..

However, when I called them and left a message explaining what happened, they called back the same day (only a few hours later- right when they opened) to tell me they already sent the correct tool kit next day air.

Overall I am very pleased with their customer service. They were fast, pleasant and appoligetic.

IT was an honest mistake. the part numbers were pretty close:
36691 and 36991

I'd screw that up 10 times outa 20.
