Where should I go to file a housing rental grievance?

The end of my lease is coming up in a little bit, and I get the feeling that my landlord might try to swindle me out of my security deposit even though I've kept the place immaculate. If he does try to pull any crap like not returning my security deposit to me, where can I go to file a grievance with the local government?

I really appreciate any help. Thanks guys!

Do you have a copy of your rental agreement?

Thanks, Reid. I sure do have a copy of the rental agreement.
So I guess Small Claims Court is the way to go if things get messy, yeah?
