isn't it also a right turn on red after stoping there? I beleive so go check. I would say u may have a chance so fight it since it was yellow

i say fight it...it's your word against his. just make sure you have a case and state the facts. if you have to go back to the location and take pics, then it may be worth it. if you truly believe that you were in the right and you are wrongly accused, then go for it. GL.
Try this if you choose to go to court to fight the ticket. Bring a basketball. When it is your turn,
1. Say "Your honor"
2. Then say "I tried to stop. . ."
3. Toss the ball up into the air and let it drop (NOT at the judge).
4. End by saying ". . .but my vehicle kept on going."
Judges are usually bored hearing the same thing over and over again, so if you can make the judge laugh, it usually helps
. Most of the time it is the Officer's word against yours. There was this Filipino lady that had her left hand up the whole time as she was explaining her case and the Judge just laughed, stopped her, and dismissed it. Just hope that the judge never saw the basketball up in the air trick.
Personally, I like contesting by writing, because they can read it whenever they feel like it and I am horrible at talking.
