Driving home and saw a silver debadged sedan on 31st and Clement being put down by the MAN. Hope everything is cool. Kinda sucks. I just wanted to throw out some sympathy to a brother under the boot of the authority.

The "Man" is a term used back in the day to represent anyone with authority. In this case it was a SFPD patrol car that had pulled the offending vehicle over.
