I had that problem before. Sounds like you did everything right. Just make sure to disable the stock solinoid by looping the vacum lines. Hope you like that EBC, I reverted back to manual, because the learning curve between channels on that BC was poor.

you should not have to "disable" the stock soleniod, but should at least plug up both sides of it, or loop them together like Larry said. (by doing that, you are, in a sense, disabling it)

Loop a vacum hose from the inlet to the outlet side of the stock solenoid. This isn't going to help your boost controll problem though. Check for leaks on the vacum hoses going to the new solenoid. Did you use new hoses?

got pics of inlet and outlet of the stock soleniod?
i used the hoses that came with the kit...or should i use diferent ones?...the hoses that came with the kit were too big for the actuator and turbo nipple's...should i use smaller ones?...

btw...does anyone know if i keep the "pill" in the hose comming from the turbo? or do i not use it?...

No need to use the pill. Get smaller hoses though. I'll bet you a dollar that your leaking around the turbo and wastgate nipple because of the large hose. I used the two stock solenoid hoses in my BC, just yank off the fitting on the end. Ummm, I'll post a pic. I am sure the hoses are you problem tho.

The first picture is of the stock solenoid with a vacum hose looped to both outlets. This won't help your BC issue, but will keep your ECU happy. The second and third are kinda crappy pics, but you can see I used the stock hoses to my aftermarket solenoid. Just rerout it, and only use the peices of hose you need. The stock hose reducer is perfect for hooking up the large Blitz solenoid nipples to the small wastgate and turbo nipples. Hope this helps.
