What would you get with $700

OK, so I finally get to spend some money on the new toy. I got a bone stock 06 WRX Wagon Ltd and $700 budgeted to spend for now. What to get? This is where your opinions come in. What would you get? I'm not sure what exhaust to get, but I don't want a straight back design. Which ones would have a little angle coming out? Ready go!
Peace
Jay

with 700, I would prolly go stg2(used turbo back and accessport) or suspension stuff like steering rack bushings, endlinks, swaybars, etc.

I think the invidia exhaust is angled, sorry thats the only one i know

Handling is the weak point for the OEM suspension.

I'd get

Sway bars, endlinks and an ALK, maybe an alignment.

If power is what you want, get a used DP and Cobb AP Stage 2.

Agree ^^^

Try to buy used locally from the I-Club members here in Honolulu...if you are patient...you can save money by buying new/used stuff...most people on here take very good care of their parts...

If you are smart with your money...you can pick up items like the following used on here,

1. Rear Adj Swaybar ($100-$150)
2. Downpipe ($100-$300)
3. Cobb AccessPort (~$400)
4. Cat-Back exhaust ($200-$450)

My first upgrade was the downpipe/catback (PDE and B&B Catback), then I picked up the Cobb AP...I then went Rear sway bar (Perrin), steering rack bushings (Whiteline), springs (Espelier ASD), and an alignment...that was good for a bit...you can then start with coilovers, etc...

Good luck and have fun!

I would look for used coilovers or save a little more to get a good cheap set of coilovers like Megan Racing. I wouldn't get springs and struts, imho because you'll want to upgrade to coilovers in the future anyway, so they'd be a waste of money.

Thanks guys for all the advice. I have decided to complete my exhaust, then get an engine managment. Maybe around tax time I will have enough for a good set of coilovers instead of springs. Eventualy I will get the rims I want. I was thinking of getting a Megan racing CBE, since I recently got an awsome deal on a barely used megan DP thanks to Chris and Myron. Anybody else running a megan, do you like it, hows the tone etc.?
