the r32 was limited edition like the anniversary edition...it is definately a fine piece of machinery...a few of my frens got um...they make twin turbo setups 600+ whp...setups cost as much as the car...u can buy the r32 w tt for 60+ thousand...they only brought down prolly 10-15 of um...i think they only made a few thousand..i used to have gti 1.8t fully duked up ran 14.3 @ 95..which was the best time wo/nitro for mk 4 1.8t stock turbo that we knew of in hawaii...they r really good cars but nothing like a subie...i always wanted a subie but didnt have enough money at the time...im stoked that i could finally pull it off...subies r the shiznit

To me yes it does, but as far as getting more power to it, too damn expensive. I just got back from Kuwait and I wanted to add on a turbo. But my wife told me to get a 4 door so I went with the STI instead.
I also have lot of parts that I haven't put on yet...

Car Info: '04 STi
As a former VeeDub man ('75 Scirocco, '85 Golf GTi, '86 GLi 16V, '98 Jetta VR6) I really like the R32. It's a great car in the Grand Touring sense, not frenetic like the STi. Its a quality piece of work, which is reflected in its price. Had a four-door version been available at the time, it would have given my STi a run for my money.
