Transmission help

I guess I've been doing some research and most of what i read says it's the shifter frok linkage or bushings so that's not so bad but other things I read says it's the gear synchros which is way worse, I guess I'll find out today if my mechanic can come and take a look at it. Btw I have about 60k miles and rarely ever drive the car hard.

Okay sorry guys thanks for trying to help, I found the problem and very relieved that it was something simple but I'm a idiot. So I just took the shifter console out and noticed my shifter was all the way down(I have a short shifter btw) so I loosened the Allen screws and brought it back up and it worked l. I guess over time it sunk little by little, I had it in for almost 30k mi. Again thanks for the help!
