In your opinion what is the best tire for street and track use for an STI.

 

S-03's, Thats all I'll say here.

If you do a search in the rims & tire sections you will find a lot about this subject.

IMHO there is no one tire that is good at both applications. The tire that comes stock with the STI is pretty good as is. So far, the BFG G-Force KD is a proven dual purpose tire (with an above average driver). I second Mike's recommendation of the S-03. If you got $$$ and don't mind slowing down in the rain go with Kumho V700's full time. My $1.380.

 

No kidding. Take your street tires to the track and they'll be gone faster than a Foster's in my hand.
